DigiGuide Implants LLC provides guided surgical planning in dental implantology. Our role is strictly limited to preparing Guided Surgical Planning Reports and designing Surgical Guides based on the information provided by licensed dental professionals.
We do not perform surgeries, treatments, patient interventions, or medical clearances. Responsibility for surgical procedures and patient outcomes rests solely with the treating dental professional.
3. SMS Communication Services
When you opt in to receive SMS communications from DigiGuide, you can expect to receive:
Appointment reminders for upcoming consultations or services.
Confirmation messages regarding changes or updates to your appointments.
Important service updates relevant to your engagement with DigiGuide.
3.1 Opt-Out and Termination
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS that your subscription has been canceled. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. User Responsibilities

Acknowledge that DigiGuide is not liable for any surgical outcomes, as procedures are performed exclusively by licensed dental professionals.

DigiGuide Implants LLC is not responsible for:
Any surgical errors, complications, or changes in treatment performed by the dental professional.
Modifications to the Guided Surgical Planning Report made without our approval.
Patient follow-up, care, or outcomes after the delivery of our planning services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, guides, and planning reports created by DigiGuide remain the intellectual property of DigiGuide Implants LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
